Emilie Pannier, aka Mia, has been a painter for over 20 years.
Her painting is primarily figurative; it sits in the lineage of 'Genre Scenes', exploring themes related to urban life, the street, its anonymity, and daily life.
Mia works in series, thereby building a repertoire of images that bear witness to our time, in search of a sublimation of the anecdotal and of the moment.
