Pierre Dauze, a pseudonym of Paul-Louis Dreyfus-Bing, was an important bibliophile, bibliographer and French journalist. He was notably the founder of bibliophilic societies and the Revue biblio-iconographique. This provenance, together with the signed dedication from the art publisher Édouard Pelletan, distinctly distinguishes this copy from the ordinary issue.

Good overall condition for a book published in 1905. Cover shows signs of use, light stains, some creases and minor wear to the edges and corners.
