A superb piece of Campo del Cielo iron/nickel meteorite (Chaco province, Argentina) weighing 229 grams! The sample has a curved triangular shape and its surface is rugged with melting structures resembling of Widmanstätten patterns. Its size is approximately 7 x 4 x 4 cm.

Campo del Cielo meteorites are octahedrites with a crystalline structure (chemical group/class IAB-MG). The average composition is 92.9% Fe, 6.67% Ni, 0.4% Co, 0.25% P, 3.6 ppm Ir, 87 ppm Ga, 407 ppm Ge. This sample is perfectly cleaned and interesting for its unusual shape.
