Robina Yasmin is a British fine artist and graduate of the Glasgow School of Art, with a professional career spanning more than 25 years. Her work has been exhibited through galleries since the early 2000s and is held in private collections across the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond.

She is known for evocative oil paintings that explore depth, light, and atmosphere through a refined, layered approach. Whether working with traditional glazes or more immediate wet‑in‑wet techniques, Yasmin’s paintings carry a quiet luminosity and emotional resonance that feel both contemporary and timeless.

Her practice bridges classical craftsmanship with a modern, introspective sensibility. Recent works draw on the subtle moods of the natural world and the human presence within it, often distilled into intimate, jewel‑scale pieces that reward close observation. These smaller works hold a concentrated intensity — the kind collectors seek out for their depth and quiet power.

Across both her small-format studies and larger works, the interplay of light, texture, and colour invites viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with the atmosphere within each piece.
