Description from the seller
My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in the Saarland.
My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From around 1993 to the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time, my enthusiasm for colors, forms, and creative expression developed—the foundation of my painting today.
In 2015 I found my path to abstract art. A completely new creative world opened up for me, one that continues to inspire me to this day. Since then I have devoted myself with great passion to abstract painting, continuously experimenting with new techniques, color compositions, and image structures.
I am especially fascinated by the unique forms and textures that arise through the squeegee technique. Each painting is for me a new journey of discovery, where intuition, creativity, and a spirit of experimentation come together. As a self-taught artist, I love constantly developing and finding new ways to bring emotion and dynamism onto the canvas.
Today I deliberately take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiastic optimism. My goal is to create works that touch people, spark their imagination, and bring them joy in the long term.
For me, the most beautiful thing about abstract art is its openness. Every viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences into a painting, and lets it affect them in a uniquely individual way. It is precisely this connection between the artwork and the viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
The canvas is unstretched and will be rolled in a shipping tube. The authenticity certificate is included.
