Cyril Keller - Ewiger Augenblick

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978, in Saarland.

My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From around 1993 until the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time, my enthusiasm for colors, forms, and creative expression—the foundation of my current painting—developed.

In 2015 I found my path into abstract art. This opened up a completely new creative world for me, one that continues to inspire me to this day. Since then I have dedicated myself with great passion to abstract painting and continuously experiment with new techniques, color combinations, and image structures.

I am particularly fascinated by the unique shapes and structures that arise from the squeegee technique. Each painting is a new expedition for me, where intuition, creativity, and a willingness to experiment come together. As a self-taught artist, I love constantly evolving and finding new ways to bring emotions and dynamism to the canvas.

Today I consciously take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiastic anticipation. My goal is to create works that touch people, stimulate their imagination, and bring them lasting joy.

For me, the most beautiful thing about abstract art is its openness. Every viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences into a painting, and lets it affect them in a completely individual way. It is precisely this connection between artwork and viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
