Cyril Keller - Harmonie Der Bestrebung

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in the Saarland region.

My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From around 1993 until the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time, my enthusiasm for colors, forms, and creative expression developed—the foundation of my painting today.

In 2015 I found my path into abstract art. A completely new creative world opened up for me, and I have been excited by it ever since. Since then I have dedicated myself with great passion to abstract painting and continually experiment with new techniques, color combinations, and image structures.

I am particularly fascinated by the unique shapes and structures that arise through the scraper technique. Each painting is a new journey of discovery for me, where intuition, creativity, and willingness to experiment come together. As a self-taught artist I love constantly evolving and finding new ways to bring emotions and dynamism to the canvas.

Today I consciously take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiastic optimism. My goal is to create works that move people, stimulate their imagination, and bring them lasting joy.

The most beautiful thing about abstract art, to me, is its openness. Each viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences into a painting, and lets it affect them in a wholly individual way. It is this very connection between the artwork and the viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
