Description from the seller
My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in the Saarland.
My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From around 1993 to the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time my enthusiasm for colors, shapes and creative expression developed – the foundation of my current painting.
In 2015 I found my path to abstract art. This opened up a completely new creative world for me that continues to delight me to this day. Since then I have been devoted to abstract painting with great enthusiasm and continuously experiment with new techniques, color compositions and image structures.
I am particularly fascinated by the unique forms and structures created by the squeegee technique. Each painting is a new journey of discovery for me, where intuition, creativity and willingness to experiment come together. As a self-taught artist I love constantly developing and finding new ways to convey emotions and dynamism on the canvas.
Today I consciously take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiasm. My goal is to create works that touch people, stimulate their imagination and bring them lasting joy.
The most beautiful thing about abstract art is, for me, its openness. Every viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings and experiences into a painting and lets it affect them in a completely individual way. It is precisely this connection between artwork and viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
The canvas is unstretched and is shipped rolled in a dispatch tube. The certificate of authenticity is included.
