Condition and Value Build-up
* Pros: The metalwork is beautifully decorated with a leaf border (chased or bright-cut). The piqué-silverwork in the tortoiseshell is exceptionally detailed, elegant, and nowhere worn. That it is a set (mirror + dish) significantly increases collectability.
* Cons: In the detail photo there is a small chip/damage visible at the edge of the tortoiseshell (near the silver rim). The mirror glass also appears to have some light edge wear or scratch lines.
