Our Standards:
- Each bonsai comes with a sample pack of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we place the measuring tool at half height between the root collar and the first branch (see example image). If there are multiple trunks, the widest is chosen.
- All of our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed by us.
- Whenever possible, we reuse old packaging for the environment.
- The trees are irrigated before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state they normally deliver the goods within a maximum of 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki in order to avoid delays caused by weekends.
