A very rare, Victorian 14Kt gold turquoise and rubies Snake Necklace.
It has a graduated body that measures 2.75 mm at the head to 3.81 mm in the center.
The head has particular fine detail and engraving, a row of graduared turquoise cabochon geslepen stenen en Ruby eyes, and suspending from the mouth is a fine pearshape Tuquoise, the length of the graduated chain is 40 cm, circa 1880.
