CHARACTERISTICS OF VIÑA TONDONIA
BLANCO RESERVA
WINEMAKING: The grapes used to produce Viña Tondonia Blanco Reserva come from 100 hectares of vineyards featuring century-old vines, situated at an average altitude of 450 meters on low-yield soils.
Harvesting is carried out by hand during September and October. At the winery, the fruit is gently pressed, and the resulting must ferments-without stems-in 600-liter oak vats.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine rests in oak barrels for two years, undergoing two rackings per year prior to bottling.
