Mar Aige (1974) - Sín título

Mar Aigé Ventosa is a contemporary visual artist born in Tarragona (Spain) in 1974. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona in 1997 and later completed a master's degree in 2000. Shortly after graduating with a BFA, Mar Aigé was selected to be part of the prestigious 11th Catalan Contemporary Art Biennial. Her work and artistic collaborations have subsequently led her to develop transdisciplinary projects and exhibitions on an international level, highlighting her ties with collectives and creation centers in New York, such as the artistic organization LEIMAY.
