Takeru Amano has been immersed in the art world from a very young age; his father was Yoshitaka Amano, an internationally renowned illustrator. Returning from New York, his new influences from the Big Apple mixed with Japanese pop culture, and gradually he defined his own style.
Playing between classicism and modernity in his creations, Takeru Amano combines the sharpness of line with an explosive color palette drawn from pop culture.
