signature à identifier - Kerosene lamp - Glass, Alloy - Art Nouveau style

A very original oil lamp in Art Nouveau style. Circa 1900/1910.
It is complete with its glass but I don’t know if it works. It was in my home solely for decoration.

A signature I can’t read at the top of the base.
Across the entire pedestal there are floral patterns. These flowers resemble snowdrops or lily of the valley.
There is also enameling on the glass showing other flowers.
Lamp height 40.5 cm; with glass 62 cm.
