"Fábula del felino y el viento"
This fascinating work explores duality, nocturnal mysticism and the connection between the earthly and the spiritual realms, blending the language of folk art with nods to contemporary illustration.
The composition places the feline not as a mere predator or observer, but as a container of the firmament itself. Its body, in bluish gray and dark tones, is shaded with fluid clouds, suggesting that the animal is a living extension of the night sky.
Inside it beats the figure of a golden ornate bird, creating a poetic tension between hunting and guardianship, desire and flight. The stylized vegetation and the moon framing the scene reinforce the atmosphere of a fable or ritual dream, where the boundary between figure and background, the earthly and the celestial, dissolves.
