The works are shipped from the artist based in the United States to our logistics platform in France, which handles import and customs clearance, before sending them individually to our collectors without any constraints. The transport cost includes all fees from the United States to your home.

If the work is damaged, you must refuse delivery and specify the reason for the refusal on the delivery note, noting issues such as "broken," "scratched," "damaged," or "folded." If only the packaging is worn but the contents are intact, you may accept the parcel. However, if both the packaging and the contents are damaged, you must refuse the parcel without hesitation. Karl Lagasse, a renowned artist, gained prominence in 2009 with his One Dollar sculptures, ranking that same year among the top ten sculptors under 30 according to Artprice. In 2012, the New York publication Farameh named him as one of the fifty best contemporary artists inspired by traditional American icons, in its book FOR WHICH IT STANDS: Americana in Contemporary Art. More recently, in 2016, at the Art Paris Art Fair, the President of the French Republic warmly congratulated Karl for his impressive two-meter bronze sculpture One Dollar, exhibited at the Grand Palais.

Karl’s artistic journey began at age seven with collages, prompted by his encounter with sculptor César Baldaccini. He later turned to tagging and graffiti in the Paris metro while remaining passionate about collages. Artist Yvaral Vasarely encouraged him to merge his tags with his collages. In 2003, Karl prepared his first exhibition in Paris, which led to his first solo show in 2006 at the Isy Brachot gallery in Brussels. In 2008, he returned to Paris with an exhibition combining paintings, sculptures, and video elements at the Espace Pierre Cardin.

Karl particularly enjoys unveiling his works at international exhibitions. In 2011, he was represented by Bel Air Fine Art at the Art Monaco fair with his Cryptogram One. The following year, he presented his One Dollar works under the theme "In God We Trust" at the Artco France gallery. His 2016 solo show at the Atrium gallery in Marbella, Spain, was inaugurated by the mayor, who praised his works in front of the international press.

2026: - Finalization of the One Dollar Green Bronze 8 meters tall, 7 tons. The largest One Dollar sculpture in the world created by the artist.
2025: - Installation of the monumental Reflection of the Sun. Installed near the brand-new Pavilion of Baths, on Promenade Michel d'Ornano, inaugurated by Mayor Philippe Augier on September 8.
2024: - Art Miami - Collectives Galerie Nicolas Auvray New York. For the occasion, a bronze Cryptogram of 1.8 m and a 2-meter One Dollar were exhibited during the event.
- 50th anniversary of the Deauville American Film Festival; for the occasion, the artist created 18 bronze trophies as well as a 2-meter sculpture to be installed at the CID. The artists interviewed about the artist and who received the trophy include: Michael Douglas, Daisy Ridley, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, Mikey Madison...

2023: - Aspen Saint Regis: Installation of the 2-meter One Dollar in front of the St Regis. The Aspen Times covered the event in a dedicated article.

2022: - New York: Times Square NY City, projection on Nasdaq screen of the work "A One Dollar in the Cyberspace City".

2017: - Karl Lagasse succeeds the prestigious Cartier House in creating the trophies for the Deauville American Film Festival.

2016: - Art Fair Paris at the Grand Palais
- A two-meter-tall One Dollar, fully bronze, was exhibited at the Art Paris fair.
- The French president visited the exhibition and personally congratulated the artist for his work.
- First in Spain at the Atrium gallery in Marbella, solo exhibition with new collections in the presence of international press and the city mayor, Jose Bernal Gutierrez. Special performance by his wife, opera singer Cherise Lagasse, who performed pieces from her repertoire.

2015: - Second collaboration with Maserati with the creation of a monumental installation titled "A Piece of Heaven on Earth". This work features a Maserati covered with a white plastic film and a sculpture of Jesus Christ. Around the car, several dollar bill sculptures lay on the ground, symbolizing the repayment of humanity’s greatest debt.

2014: - Maserati presents for the world premiere the Maserati Ghibli reimagined by Karl Lagasse for the brand’s 100th anniversary.
- Solo exhibition at the Italian Embassy in Paris. The Italian ambassador in France organized a dinner in his presence, around the artist’s works.

2013: - Collective exhibition Automobile Club of France, Place de la Concorde, Paris.

2012: - Karl gifted the city of Deauville with a bronze Crytogram One sculpture, permanently at the city’s entrance.
- For the 65th Cannes Film Festival anniversary, Karl created a sculpture “Building” made from a collage of photos tracing the festival’s key moments.
