Unique and original work hand-painted by Léo Varek
French contemporary artist, Léo Varek is today developing a series of pop canvases inspired by street art codes, built around a strong visual energy.
Prior to this studio work, I completed numerous monumental frescoes, notably in Europe, including a project of more than 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This background directly informs my current approach, more condensed but still guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped around the world. Each canvas is handmade in my studio in France, using mixed techniques combining acrylic and spray paint. I work spontaneously to maintain a tension in the gesture, strong contrasts, and a real vibrancy of color.
