Soup bowl - Tin - Vintage tin lid

Giant decorative tin soup tureen with detachable lid and richly worked details.

Particularly fine are the two graceful handles, fashioned as stylized bird heads. The domed lid features ribbed decoration and a tall decorative knob. The tureen stands on a raised round foot.

On the underside there is the original label bearing “Kwaliteits Tin – Gewaarborgd 92% – Loodvrij – Kerkstraat 24, Ruisbroek-Puurs”. Also a stamped mark is visible.
