Old frame of Spanish origin. The frame has been embellished with four blue leaded-glass panes in the corners. The inner surface is lined with black velvet. The most visible parts of the frame appear covered with gold leaf, Although the frame shows some irregularities on its surface, the overall ensemble is elegant and very visually appealing. Its exterior dimensions are 750 x 630 mm. The interior space measures 520 x 410 mm. The thickness is about 50 mm.
