WAITING FOR SPRING represents a fragmented landscape in which a bare branch traverses the composition and sustains the presence of a small bird. The bird’s figure introduces an element of life within a space still marked by quiet, while the large curved and geometric planes build a landscape that oscillates between the natural and the abstract. The branch functions as a structural element that connects the different zones of the composition and articulates the shapes and surfaces that surround it.

The work blends deep blue, powder pink, lilac, white, and coral and orange tones, generating a luminous and contained atmosphere. Smooth surfaces contrast with speckled textures and the veins appearing on some planes, incorporating different rhythms within the composition. The title, WAITING FOR SPRING, alludes to that moment of transition when nature seems to rest before its transformation, using the landscape as an image suspended between two seasons.

The FRAGMENTS OF SPRING series explores the landscape from a contemporary perspective, combining geometric structures, color planes, and elements inspired by the natural environment to build fragmented and atmospheric spaces. The works start from the relationship between nature and structure, between the recognizable and the abstract, proposing an interpretation of the landscape filtered by the transformation and renewal characteristic of spring. The compositions are built from fragments that suggest natural spaces without literally representing them.

Throughout the series, branches, birds, plant forms, and other small organic elements appear integrated into geometric surfaces and color fields. These elements introduce references to growth, the appearance of new vegetation, and the movement of nature after the winter period. The landscape is thus presented as a visual construction composed of different planes, textures, and impressions, where the natural and the geometric establish a dialogue between order and spontaneity.

Each work is handwritten on the back of the canvas, keeping the pictorial surface clean and not altering its visual composition. The signature includes the work’s title and series, the year and month of creation, dimensions, technique, and the name and signature of TRACY CANO GARCÍA.
The work is provided with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) certifying authorship and guaranteeing authenticity.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The work will be carefully shipped rolled in a tube, ensuring adequate protection during transit. This method also helps reduce packaging volume and enable safer and more efficient shipping. The tube has been reused from a local textile shop, contributing to a more sustainable packaging solution. The canvas has an additional margin of approximately 5 cm on each side to facilitate later mounting or re-stretching on a frame. This operation can be performed by the buyer or by a professional specialist.
