This set is fully operational and in good condition considering its age.

The bayonet lamps themselves (in photos 1, 2 and 15) are not part of the delivery and are shown for information.
Example of the lamp I use - Schiefer Ba22d Bulb Incandescent Lamp | 15W 2700K 110lm 220V | Dimmable, this lamp is shorter which makes the light more centralized in the bulb and more evenly distributed, see the last photo. Of course you are free to use a different lamp.

If you wish to use this item I would, for modern safety reasons, at minimum replace the plug; up-to-date plugs are better insulated.
The rest I would inspect thoroughly and then evaluate whether you want to replace anything or not.
The on/off switch works.
