Very beautiful antique WMF ice bucket, made of hammered brass, characteristic of German Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) production from the early 20th century.

The body features an elegant hammered surface, enhanced on the front with a stylized relief decoration in sinuous lines, typical of Jugendstil decorative vocabulary. The details seem heightened by a metal with a silvery tint, creating a nice contrast with the warm color of brass.

The bucket is equipped with two movable side handles, with a geometric design that is particularly successful.

The underside bears the model number 123.

In overall good condition.

Très beau seau à glace ancien WMF, réalisé en laiton martelé, caractéristique de la production allemande Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) du début du XX eme siècle. 

Le corps présente une élégante surface martelée, agrémentée sur la face d'un décor stylisé en relief aux lignes sinueuses, typique de vocabulaire décoratif Jugendstil. Les détails semblent rehaussés d'un métal de teinte argentée, créant un joli contraste avec la couleur chaude du laiton. 

Le seau est muni de deux anses latérales mobiles, au dessin géométrique particulièrement réussi. 

Le dessous porte le numéro du modèle 123. 

En bon état dans l'ensemble.
