Painter, watercolorist, and lithographer, Antral Prize 1970, Knight of the Arts and Letters, he has exhibited since the 1960s in Paris (Saint-Placide, Soulanges, Place Beauvau) before opening his own venues: the Irancy studio-gallery in 1979 and the Saint-Pierre Gallery in Vézelay in 1990. His preferred themes — flowering cherry trees, poppies, villages under snow, grand oaks — have earned him international recognition. His works are in numerous private and public collections. With his son Tristan, he continues this tradition within the Hosotte galleries of Irancy and Vézelay.
