This GlenAllachie 19 Year Old was aged in solera sherry casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso for more than 55 years. These are casks shaped by one of Spain’s great ageing traditions, where old and young liquids mingle over generations. Bottled at 50% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour, this single malt Scotch whisky is dark, dense, and gloriously indulgent.

Brandied plum, sticky treacle tart, and dark mocha, backed by honeycomb crunch and cocoa powder. Then, molasses, black cherries, and old polished oak.
Palate
Plum syrup and heather honey before layers of black cherry, crystallised ginger, cinnamon spice, and mocha emerge. The older solera casks bring oxidised notes of walnut, leather, and dried fruit beneath the sweeter sherried core.
Finish
Lingering notes of cocoa, spiced orchard fruits, gingerbread, and treacle.
