Eko Ranchero XII, model 3134 from 1968 with Italian origin, mahogany and palissander construction, a 12‑string Western Folk guitar not tested and intended for decorative use, shipped with neck and body disassembled; headstock has been broken and glued, the back has cracks, one tuner knob replaced and the headstock logo is not original.
Description from the seller
This is an Eko Ranchero XII model no. 3134 from the period 1968-1972.
This beauty is not in very good condition: the headstock has at some point broken off from the neck and has been glued back.
There are large cracks on the back and, all around, some smaller cracks and spots. Fortunately, it can be made playable and then it sounds nice. One tuning machine knob has been replaced, cracks in the pickguard, headstock logo not original; for details, look closely at the photos.
This Western Folk 12-string steel-string guitar is not seen very often and is, I think, reasonably rare and is a collector’s item.
The Ranchero 12 has an adjustable neck and a bridge with a nice horseshoe tailpiece, a screwed adjustable neck. The neck is a bit hollow, as it should be; it will need setup relative to the body, there is some rot, the bridge is adjustable.
Shipped disassembled with neck and body to save on shipping costs.
