Beautifully painted portrait of a young nobleman in armor. The painting is in good condition with signs of aging and wear. Dimensions including frame 58x47 cm. Dimensions without frame 51x39 cm.
Likely 19th century or older. Oil paint on panel with visible wood grain and a traditional panel construction. The painting is executed on a characterful, solid wooden panel with a traditional construction. The back side shows a pronounced wood grain, natural discolorations and visible signs of wood processing. The panel consists of several joined planks.
