AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

In Motion
160 x 120 cm
Oil on canvas

Figures, bodies and movements seem to merge with one another. What initially appears abstract gradually reveals human forms and a living scene.
Warm pink, beige and red tones define the composition. Dark, almost black accents create powerful contrasts, while small turquoise details provide surprising color highlights.
I am interested in situations where people meet, encounter each other, and something arises between them. Not everything has to be clearly recognizable. It is precisely the unspoken and the many possible stories that make such scenes appealing to me.
An expressive, figurative work between concreteness and abstraction, leaving room for one’s own discoveries.

About me:
"My painting moves at the border between figuration and abstraction - a tension-filled dialogue of expressive gesture, intense color worlds and intuitive dynamics.
Inspired by the energy of abstract expressionism, which moves between body and dissolution, chaos and harmony."
Each work is a process of questioning and re-discovery:
Lines break through surfaces.
Figures appear and disappear.
An emotionally charged dance between control and letting go."
