Lapponia silver bracelet, 925/1000, designed by Björn Weckström with the year mark Z8 (2001), about 6 mm wide and 18.50 cm in circumference, weighing 18.52 g, in very good condition with minor signs of wear, no laboratory report and brand Lapponia.
Description from the seller
925/1000 Silver bracelet from the Finnish jewelry brand Lapponia.
Lapponia jewelry does not bow to fashion or function. They form their own world – rugged and tranquil at the same time – where Scandinavian craftsmanship, natural forces and artistic freedom come together.
Lapponia is the Latin name for Lapland, the large region that stretches across the northernmost part of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russia. In 1960, Finnish goldsmith Pekka Antilla founded the Lapponia Jewelry factory of the same name, where designer jewelry of high quality is produced. Over the years, more and more designers joined him, who know how to capture the mystique of the nature in the far north in whimsically shaped jewelry. At Lapponia every piece of jewelry, like a work of art, has its own name. These titles, inspired by poetry and mythology, form an important part of the piece and make each item unique and personal.
