Wonderful lot of religious icons consisting of
- A traditional religious icon depicting the Archangel Saint Michael, leader of the heavenly hosts, shown in a Byzantine military costume. The saint features large wings, a finely detailed Roman armor, and wields a raised sword in his right hand, symbolizing his spiritual struggle against evil. The inscription "Saint Michael Archangel" is visible at the top in stylized letters. This work shows meticulous attention to detail with rich contrasts combining imperial red, green, and bursts of gilding for the halo. On the back of the piece is the distinctive mark engraved in hot iron (pyrography) "MLB", corresponding to the signature of the Icon Creation Workshop of the Abbey Saint-Michel de Bois-Aubry in France

- Superb religious icon of Orthodox Christian tradition representing Christ Pantocrator (the Almighty) in half-length. Christ is depicted according to traditional Byzantine canons: the austere and serene face, the gaze turned toward the viewer, the right hand raised in a blessing gesture and the left hand supporting the open Gospel. The icon is covered with a riza (or oklad) in brass repoussé with a golden patina, finely chased. The riza reveals the face and hands of Christ, while highlighting His cruciform nimbus as well as inscriptions in Cyrillic characters (IC XC) on the sides. The whole is presented in a dark wooden protective frame, a stamp is visible on the back
