Title: "Built from Sun"

Description:
Radiant yellow fills almost the entire surface of this painting, creating a warm, powerful atmosphere. Fine lines, grids and varying textures subdivide the intense color field into distinct areas. They evoke facades, windows or abstract floor plans and give the work surprising depth despite its restrained color palette.

Horizontal and vertical structures meet and form their own almost architectural order. Some areas appear clear and precise, others softer, with their shapes only hinting at themselves. Through the subtle differences within the yellows, the impact changes repeatedly—depending on how far you are from the painting and the light in which you view it.

"Built from Sun" combines the clarity of architecture with the warmth of a sunny day. The work conveys optimism and positive energy without seeming loud. It is like a room of light—reduced, vibrant, and filled with a special warmth.

Biographies:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio—a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, shapes and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This passion has never left me—it's with me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and while visiting numerous exhibitions in Europe I collected many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I mainly deal with emotions, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said—emotions, moods and interspaces that are often only expressible through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Every work is a piece of myself—a spark, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting measuring 160 x 130 cm you need a stretched canvas frame of 150 x 120 cm and a depth of 2-4 cm.

You can either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery.

This is a handmade original, signed and dated by the artist on the back.

High-quality, lightfast acrylic paints were used on multi-layer white-primed gallery canvas.

To protect the work, a varnish was also applied.

This work is handmade and thus unique!

When a person ventures into their innermost depths, into a sphere that rarely comes to light, into a space that is mysterious and hidden and waits to be discovered, tickled awake, even tormentingly uplifted, then art is born.
