Title: "Nachtfunken" (Night Sparks)

Description:
Intense blues and turquoise tones form the deep, atmospheric foundation of this painting. Delicate splashes and lines in orange, yellow, and black spread over it like small bursts of light that suddenly flare in the dark. The numerous traces add movement to the calm blues and give the work a fascinating liveliness.

Especially in the center, colors and lines converge into a pulsating network. Some traces seem like distant stars, others recall light reflections on dark water or sparks that dance through the night for a brief moment. The longer you look, the more tiny details and hidden movements become visible.

"Nachtfunken" tells of those unexpected moments of light that can pierce even the deepest darkness. The painting combines stillness and energy, depth and lightness, creating an atmosphere that is both mysterious and full of life.

Biografi y:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, forms, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe, I was able to gather many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred mode of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I deal primarily with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. I aim to make visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often expressed only in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is for me an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 100 cm, a cradled frame of size 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm is required.

You can either stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by a craftsman or gallery representative.

This is a handmade original, signed by the artist on the back and dated.

High-quality, lightfast acrylic colors were used on a repeatedly white-primed gallery canvas.

A varnish was also applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and therefore unique!

If a person ventures into their innermost depths, into a sphere that rarely comes to light, into a space that is mysterious and hidden, waiting to be discovered, tickled awake, and perhaps painfully uplifted, then art is born.
