An architectural marvel of the Middle Ages, it rises on a clay-limestone terroir, close to the soil composition of Saint-Émilion.
Across 37 hectares of vines, this estate offers a grape composition of Merlot at 90% and Cabernet Sauvignon at 10%. Vinification takes place in thermo-regulated vats and aging in new barriques for 30% and one-year-old for the remaining two-thirds.
