This object is a beautiful vintage vide-poche (a key bowl or decorative dish) by the well-known Belgian-French ceramicist Georges Pelletier (1938–2024). The square design is typical of his work from the 1970s. It is made of glazed ceramic with geometric patterns in various shades of blue and turquoise, surrounded by a striking, glossy edge of gold- or bronze-colored glaze. It is in beautiful condition with light signs of wear.

Dit object is een prachtig vintage vide-poche (sleutelschaaltje of decoratieve schaal) van de bekende Belgisch-Franse keramist Georges Pelletier (1938–2024). Het vierkante ontwerp is typerend voor zijn werk uit de jaren 70. Het is gemaakt van geglazuurd aardewerk met geometrische patronen in verschillende tinten blauw en turquoise, omringd door een opvallende, glanzende rand van goud- of bronskleurig glazuur. Het is in een mooie staat met lichte gebruiksporen.
