Offered is this attractive Seiko Chronograph Automatic ref. 6139-7002, a representative piece of Japanese watchmaking from the 1970s and equipped with one of the most important movements in Seiko’s history.
Founded in 1881 by Kintaro Hattori in Tokyo, Seiko established itself as one of the most innovative manufacturers in the world. In 1969 it revolutionized the industry with the launch of caliber 6139, considered one of the first automatic chronographs produced in series. This movement stood out for its robustness, precision, and reliability, becoming a true icon among vintage watch collectors.
