Vittorio Emanuele Serra, Naples, 1950 — painter and set designer, highly regarded; he has created stage designs for theatres and churches in the province of Naples. He began as a portraitist, executing many portraits on commission. This artist has participated in many important exhibitions, receiving praise and esteem for his splendid pictorial art. He studied seventeenth‑century painting; this artist is an innovator who has made his way among many contemporary painters. He created this oil painting on canvas using mixed media, titled "Posa d'artista" (Artist's Pose), measuring 40 x 50 cm. This artist also creates paintings on any support and with different techniques. He graduated from the Naples Academy of Art and had as teachers great professors and artists of the early twentieth century.
