Description from the seller

The sun suddenly returned. She leaned against the pillar of the subway entrance, closed her eyes, and turned her face toward the light. The blue umbrella, folded, hangs from the end of her hand. It won’t be useful today.
Behind her, a man wearing a hat is having coffee on a terrace. In front, the steps descend toward the underground city. She does not descend yet. For five minutes, Paris belongs to her.
A figure of solid height in warm whites, green patina on the Art Nouveau entrances, red globes, a carmine canopy: the palette of a Paris washed by the shower. The cream dress is the most luminous point of the canvas, sculpted in light touches.

Le Yack, French emerging pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, aka Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d’Art et de Design (ESAD) in Orléans. He is a artistic director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45. He is exhibited in a network of about forty galleries in France, Germany, Belgium, United States.

Other works are created as unique paintings on canvas, adding an exclusive and authentic dimension to his collection. Le Yack’s style reflects a fusion between traditional realism and the creative possibilities offered by digital technology.
