Description from the seller

In the club’s bathrooms, under the neon lights, two women and a mirror. The blonde in a brocade gold dress looks at her hands, her face closed. The redhead, bent over the sink, turns to study her from head to toe.

One has already taken it all, the other is in the process of understanding. On the wall, a sign reminds that a clean girl is a pretty girl — no one here believes it’s that simple. It’s the face-off between a star and the one who will replace her.

Blue-and-white checkered tiles, powder-pink cubicles, cold chrome: a palette of deliberately sharp candy tones. The brocade is built from small golden touches that catch the neon light.

Le Yack, emerging French pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, known as Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d’Art et de Design (ESAD) in Orléans. He is an art director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45. He is exhibited in a network of about forty galleries in France, Germany, Belgium, the United States.

Inspired by classical and modern painting, Le Yack brings a contemporary perspective to his creations by incorporating strong narrative and cinematic elements. His works are characterized by bright colors, clean lines, and expressive compositions.

The artist also explores different forms of artistic production. Some of his works are reproduced in series on canvas-stretched panels, creating limited editions accessible to a wider audience. Other works are created as unique paintings on canvas, adding an exclusive and authentic dimension to his collection. Le Yack’s style reflects a fusion between traditional realism and the creative possibilities offered by digital technology.
