Description from the seller
Fascinating advertising manifesto dedicated to the 'Premiati Cicli New Washington' of Modena, realized to the design of the famous Italian illustrator Marcello Dudovich.
The composition depicts an elegant female figure beside a bicycle, wrapped in a long red dress that dominates the scene scenographically. The refined graphic arrangement, the distinctive lettering, and the color harmony fully express the Liberty and Art Nouveau taste of the great Italian advertising posters.
A particularly decorative image, tied to the history of cycling, mobility, and Italian advertising, ideal for collectors of posters, vintage bicycles, historical graphics, and modern ephemera.
A specimen produced with vintage offset printing, not digital. The conditions are visible in the photographs, which are an integral part of the description.
Note: this is a later edition, probably from the 1970s.
