De Bijenkorf – Art Deco Naaibox - Sewing set

Art Deco sewing box in a remarkably small size. This sewing box was bought in the 1930s at De Bijenkorf in Amsterdam. The nice thing is that the original Bijenkorf sticker from almost a hundred years ago is still underneath. In photo 1 you can see the monumental department store in the inset. The contents of the box are included.

De Bijenkorf is a luxury department-store chain with seven branches in the Netherlands. The company was founded in 1870 and grew from a small notions shop in Amsterdam into a national department-store chain.

This lot has been carefully cleaned and will be carefully packed, mailed registered and insured (with a Track & Trace code so you can follow the shipment). Pickup in Ridderkerk, South Holland is also possible. I have delicious freshly ground coffee.
