Rare and iconic collectible pair of vintage Ray-Ban sunglasses, Bauerecho & Lomb (B&L) Shooter Bullet Hole model - gold changeables photochromic lenses, original made in the USA (80s). The model is characterized by the famous central ring that holds a cigarette on the bridge, cream-colored frame, and curly flexible temples (temple channels) for maximum stability. The photochromic lenses are B&L Changeables, mineral crystal lenses that react to sunlight by darkening. The photoconduction transition worked perfectly, as the photos show. There is an engraving (BL) on the base of the lenses, an authenticity engraving on the upper metal bridge, and the original era mark (B&L Ray-Ban USA). BL is also present inside the nose pads. Accessories include the original vintage brown faux-leather case with hot-stamped logo and functioning snap button. Condition is excellent vintage, bright gold frame and fully reactive, ready-to-wear lenses—a piece of history not to be missed.
