A very RARE and beautiful and interesting travel guide....INDIA, BURMA, AND CEYLON INFORMATION FOR TRAVELLERS AND RESIDENTS With Four Maps published by Thos. Cook & Son, London, in 1913. First edition. Here we have a guide for travellers to India, Burma, and Ceylon, and on all matters appertaining to travel in the East, and from the East to any part of the globe, including information on steam and rail travel, lodgings, outfitters, money, etc., etc. There are colour fold-out maps of India, Ceylon, Europe, and the World.
Brown soft cloth boards with gilt lettering on the front board. Fraying to the top edge and to top and bottom of the spine. Red page edges. Adverts to endpapers. Front hinge cracked but all pages are firm and the book is in very good condition.
