Description from the seller

The suitcase is open on the floor, a dress thrown over it, the feather boa abandoned on the chair. She sits on the edge of the unmade bed and puts her heels back on — or she takes them off. The door is ajar: she is watched from the corridor.
It is late, the city shines through the window, and the lamp is no longer for anyone but her. She leaves, or she has just come back. In either case, something ends in this room.
Chiaroscuro held by a single source: the pleated lampshade lamp, lit in warm yellows, against a night blue that swallows everything else. Sheets in off-white, thick, wrinkled with a brush.

Le Yack, emerging French pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, known as Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD) of Orléans. He is a artistic director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45. He is exhibited in a network of about forty galleries in France, Germany, Belgium, the United States.

Artwork characteristics:
Signature: Hand-signed by the artist on the front and back of the work.
Technique: Giclée print on canvas mounted on a wooden frame, using a high-quality pigment print to faithfully reproduce the nocturnal chiaroscuro and precious woods with vivid clarity.
Edition: Limited to 20 copies, individually numbered.
Dimensions: 40 x 40 cm.
Framing: Delivered ready to frame or to hang directly on the wall.
Authenticity: Comes with an authenticity certificate signed by the artist.
Shipping: Shipped from France, with secure packaging to ensure delivery in perfect condition.

Inspired by classical and modern painting, Le Yack brings a contemporary gaze to his creations by incorporating strong narrative and cinematic elements. His works are characterized by bright colors, clean lines, and expressive compositions.

The artist also explores different forms of artistic production. Some of his works are reproduced as serial editions on canvas-stretched supports, thus creating limited editions accessible to a broader audience. Other works are created as unique paintings on canvas, adding an exclusive and authentic dimension to his collection. Le Yack’s style reflects a fusion between traditional realism and the creative possibilities offered by digital technology.
