This is a unique and decorative, spherical metal flower pot or cachepot. The pot is crafted in a two-tone style, with a brass body (yellowish metal) and a striking horizontal band of red copper around the upper half. The brass body has a polished finish that reflects light.

The flower pot rests on four detailed, cast metal feet in the shape of lion’s claws. They are brass and have an aged patina that contrasts with the polished body.

On the sides are two impressive, cast metal handles shaped like dragon or griffin heads. These handles are also made of aged brass or bronze and serve as functional carrying handles. Dimensions: height 18 cm, width with handles 30 cm, top diameter 20 cm. The pot has a notch at the side where the handle meets the body. Interior with a water lip. Weight 1.1 kg. Everything is well packed.

​Dit is een unieke en decoratieve, bolvormige metalen bloembak of cachepot. De pot is vervaardigd in een tweekleurige stijl, met een body van messing (geelachtig metaal) en een opvallende, horizontale band van roodkoper rondom de bovenste helft. De messing body heeft een gepolijste afwerking die licht reflecteert.
​ De bloembak rust op vier gedetailleerde, gegoten metalen voetjes in de vorm van leeuwenklauwen. Deze zijn van messing en hebben een verouderde patina die contrasteert met de gepolijste body.
​ Aan de zijkanten zijn twee indrukwekkende, gegoten metalen handvatten bevestigd in de vorm van draken- of griffioenkoppen. Deze handvatten zijn ook van een verouderd messing of brons en fungeren als functionele draaggrepen. De afmetingen hoogte 18 cm, breedte met handvaten 30 cm, diameter boven 20 cm. Bloempot heeft een duikje aan de zijkant waar is handvat samen komt met body. Binnenkant met aanslag van het water. Gewicht 1. 1 kg.  Alles word goed verpakt.
