Description from the seller

She does not reveal herself — she observes.
Her face disappears behind the lens, reversing the relationship between subject and spectator.
Black tights, poised posture, minimalist backdrop.
The tension lies in this gesture: to capture the image rather than be captured.
This work interrogates the power of the gaze, the construction of identity, and control over one’s own representation.
A contemporary figure, conscious of her image and of the narrative she chooses.
