Pair of antique candelabras in a neo-Gothic style. The candelabras date from the late 19th century and originate from France.
These antique candelabras are beautiful examples of ecclesiastical handicraft from the heyday of Gothic Revival (ca. 1880–1900). They display typical Neo-Gothic stylistic elements with pointed arch and trefoil motifs on the base. Originally such pieces stood as a pair on the altar of a Catholic church or chapel.
The candelabras are 27 cm tall. The base is a maximum of 12.5 cm wide. Each candelabrum weighs about 800 grams.
