Features: Created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee, this whisky marries Ardbeg's peaty spirit with Pinot Noir casks from New Zealand.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Summer fruit pudding, bitter cherry, soot, and a touch of fragrant wood smoke.

Palate: A velvety mouthfeel reveals notes of dark cherries, bitter chocolate, roasted coffee, and the unmistakable Ardbeg peat.

Finish: Long and lingering, with sweet smoke and red fruits.

2. Ardbeg Scorch (Ardbeg Day 2021 Release) Heavily Charred Ex-Bourbon Casks

Features: A tribute to the mythological dragon of Islay. Matured in heavily charred American oak ex-bourbon casks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Bitter cocoa, nougat, burning charcoal, and pungent smoke, with a hint of lime and aromatic herbs.

Palate: Spicy and intense. Dark chocolate, aniseed, roasted peanuts, burnt caramel, and cigar ash.

Finish: Persistent, driven by notes of peppermint, molasses, and an earthy smoke.
