For sale is a genuine design classic from the Swiss luxury watch brand Omega: An Omega Seamaster Polaris men's watch with a precise quartz movement. The distinctive, aerodynamic case design comes from the legendary watch designer Gérald Genta. It is characterized by the characteristic, flush-set in the stainless steel case inlays made of real 18-karat (750) yellow gold from OMEGA DE. This model features an elegant champagne-colored analog dial with date at 3 o'clock and central second hand. The integrated case and bracelet design provides an extremely flat, light, and comfortable wear.
Movement & function: Movement: Swiss Omega quartz caliber. The watch is fully functional and runs perfectly (including correct date switching). A fresh, working battery is installed.
Condition report & details:
Case: Stainless steel with 18k yellow gold inlays. Age-appropriate wear, surface scratches and minor dings present (see close-up photos). The gold inlays are fully intact and undamaged.
Dial & hands: Very good, clean condition with no patina or stains.
Crystal: Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, in good condition without deep scratches.
Bracelet (IMPORTANT DEFECT): Original Omega stainless steel link bracelet with reference number 1448 and gold Omega logo clasp The Wrist Watcher.

The bracelet is broken or incomplete at the transition to the clasp (see close-up photo). The band must be repaired, supplemented with replacement links, or replaced.
