Jan Marti was born in 1958 in Savoy. After a few brief studies and various jobs that he quickly abandoned, he devoted himself to painting. His attraction to the abstract, which he depicts as dynamic and elegant, is undeniable.
The blaze of colors and elements touches our senses and flatters our eye.
From his work beauty is naturally suggested.
As passionate about painting as about visual arts, he increasingly dedicates himself to this discipline!
With a gemological education at the ING (National Institute of Gemology in Paris) and a lifelong fascination with precious stones, he sometimes adorns his sculptures with precious stones.
Jan Marti appears in numerous exhibitions and private collections in France and abroad.
