We are expert jewelers since 1979; we create jewelry and sell very important brands in both jewelry and watchmaking. In case of a return, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days as established by law. Each return operation will be handled entirely by the buyer, who will pay the shipping costs and choose their own carrier, which must categorically have a tracking code. The buyer also assumes full responsibility for the arrival at the destination of the returned package. ANYONE PURCHASING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION MUST PROVIDE A NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CODE IN ORDER TO ISSUE A DIRECT INVOICE.
